Personal Care Assistant
We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant who is proactive, responsible, and committed to their work. Our goal is to provide the best care and attention to our patients, so we need someone with interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team.
Responsibilities
Provide companionship and care to assigned patients.
Perform personal hygiene activities and assistance with feeding.
Collaborate in developing personalized care plans for patients.
Inform family members and the medical team about patients' status and any changes in their condition.
Collaborate in organizing and cleaning the assigned area.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in personal care or patient assistance.
Basic knowledge of hygiene and personal care techniques.
Ability to work as a team and excellent treatment of patients and family members.
Responsible, punctual, and committed to their work.
Availability to work rotating shifts.

How would you handle a difficult patient?
The candidate is expected to describe an example of a past experience where they had to deal with a difficult patient and how they handled that situation. They could also describe any previous training they have received on how to work with difficult patients.
Can you work with a flexible schedule?
The candidate is expected to answer affirmatively and explain their level of availability, including whether they are willing to work weekends or night shifts.
Are you comfortable working in a team environment?
