Process Analyst

On our team, we are looking for a Process Analyst. This position is key within the organization, as they will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of the area's processes, ensuring their efficiency, and guaranteeing the satisfaction of our internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and monitoring of indicators.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and propose concrete solutions.

  • Perform data analysis and prepare reports on process performance.

  • Collaborate in the definition and documentation of the area's processes.

  • Train area staff on compliance with established procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 2 years of experience in process analysis and continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving.

  • Ability to work as a team and lead projects.

  • Results- and customer-oriented.
