Process Engineer
We are looking for a Process Engineer with a strong interest in innovation and process optimization. The main objective of the position is to lead and optimize production processes, implementing continuous improvements and fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in all areas of the company.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of continuous improvements in production processes, ensuring their quality and efficiency.
Work as a team with different areas of the company to plan and execute process improvement projects.
Continuously track results, monitoring performance metrics and taking corrective action when necessary.
Drive the development of new processes that optimize production and maximize available resources.
Requirements
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions at manufacturing companies.
Experience implementing continuous improvement processes, as well as developing new processes.
Knowledge of quality tools and Lean production processes.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary work teams and manage process improvement projects.
