Project Engineer
We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to direct and coordinate company projects, working with a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with different departments to carry out projects within established deadlines and achieve the company's objectives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the planning and execution of projects, from start to finish.
Manage the resources needed for project development, such as equipment, materials, and staff.
Follow and ensure compliance with the company's safety protocols and standardized procedures during project development.
Manage the budget and costs of projects, ensuring compliance with the established financial objectives.
Prepare periodic reports on project progress to present to management and interested departments.
Identify and solve potential problems and risks during project development, making effective decisions to ensure project continuity and minimizing economic impact.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Previous experience of at least 5 years coordinating and managing projects in the construction area.
Knowledge and skills in cost, budget, and human resource management.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule availability and willingness to travel to different work sites.
