Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer for our company. The position focuses on ensuring that products and projects are developed to the highest quality standards to achieve total customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who can work as a team, is proactive, and is committed to their work.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the development and application of quality assurance procedures.
Plan, coordinate, and execute activities related to inspection, verification, and evaluation of processes and products.
Design and execute tests and trials of the company's products, verifying and validating the results obtained.
Monitor and control quality indicators for decision-making.
Train and supervise technicians and other professionals on the application of quality processes.
Provide support in managing nonconformities, investigating and performing root cause analysis.
Participate in quality audits and reviews of the area in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Degree in Quality, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in positions related to quality assurance systems.
Experience with ISO standards and other standards related to quality control.
Knowledge of statistical control techniques and tools.
Ability to work as a team, adaptability, and proactivity in problem-solving.
Advanced level of English for communication with headquarters abroad.
