Recruitment Consultant
On our human resources team, we are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant with exceptional skills to find the best talent for our organization. The Recruitment Consultant will work closely with hiring managers and identify key candidates to help with their personal and professional success.
Responsibilities
Implement effective and proactive recruitment strategies to find and retain high-quality candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop strategies to meet them.
Conduct selection interviews and evaluate candidates' experience and suitability.
Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track hires to maintain selection success statistics.
Provide ongoing support to hiring managers in identifying the most suitable candidates and in their onboarding process.
Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel selection and recruitment.
Ability to conduct detailed and efficient selection interviews.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills to interact with candidates and managers.
Ability to work as a team and stay focused on achieving common objectives.
Advanced knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
