Recruitment Coordinator

At our company, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator. This position is essential to our organization's success as it will be responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment process in its specific area. As Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the liaison between the area's leaders and our Human Resources team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process from posting to hiring.

  • Work together with area leaders to identify current and future staffing needs.

  • Interview and select candidates for vacant positions.

  • Follow up and provide feedback to candidates and area leaders throughout the recruitment process.

  • Keep the candidate database and recruitment reports up to date.

Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of recruitment experience.

  • Experience leading projects and teams.

  • Having worked at companies in the services industry will be valued.

  • Excellent communication and interaction skills with different levels of the organization.

  • Proactivity and ability to think creatively in the recruitment process.

  • Availability to work on-site and travel as needed.
