Responsibilities
Assess the financial risk of client companies.
Identify the risks inherently present in the processes of each company.
Analyze the economic and financial indicators of companies to determine their level of risk.
Participate in the design and implementation of plans to mitigate the risk of our client companies.
Collaborate in tracking and monitoring the activities carried out by companies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience in financial risk assessments.
Knowledge in interpreting and analyzing financial statements.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Availability to work as a team and adapt to changes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The candidate is expected to be able to describe the steps necessary to carry out a risk assessment. Ideally, they should be able to explain how to identify and analyze risks, and how to identify strategies to reduce or mitigate identified risks.

The candidate is expected to be able to explain how they assess the potential severity of a risk and how they prioritize its evaluation based on its probability and impact on the business. They should also be able to explain what types of factors they consider when determining the priority of identified risks.
What skills do you think are necessary for success in this position?
The candidate is expected to describe skills related to critical thinking, analytical capacity, decision-making, effective communication, and time management. They should also be able to describe how they have used these skills in relevant previous projects.
How do you usually communicate the results of your risk assessments to other departments or colleagues?

How have you prepared records and documentation of assessed risks?
The candidate is expected to describe how they prepare and maintain records and documentation of risk assessments, identify root causes, and develop recommendations. Ideally, they can leverage their experience preparing reports to present information clearly and coherently.
How would you handle identifying and assessing risks in different simultaneous projects?
Sometimes the risk analyst has to work on several projects simultaneously. In this question, the candidate applying for this position is expected to indicate how they would handle several risk assessment requests at the same time. Ideally, they should be able to explain how to set priorities and manage their time to deliver risk assessments in a timely manner.
