Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and creating engaging content for our followers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish relevant and engaging content for our social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Schedule posts in advance and monitor post performance to improve the social media strategy.

  • Maintain an active presence on our social media profiles, interact with our followers, and respond to inquiries and complaints through the platforms.

  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure that social media content aligns with current marketing and communication initiatives.

  • Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities and plan new initiatives to increase our social media follower base.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar position.

  • High school diploma or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Broad knowledge of social media platforms, social media analytics tools, and content creation techniques.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Spanish and English.

  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
