Talent Acquisition Specialist
We're looking for you! We are a major company looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and be responsible for capturing the talent we need to position our brand in the market.
Responsibilities
Search, identify, and recruit candidates to fill vacancies, using various sources and tools available.
Select and interview candidates, conducting technical and psychological tests to determine their fit with the position's requirements.
Analyze and review candidates' profiles and files, determining their suitability for the company and providing suggestions to the business area for good performance.
Coordinate and follow up with area managers on defining position profiles and analyzing company performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel recruitment and selection at companies.
Knowledge of technical and psychological tests for talent detection.
Proficiency in basic computer tools, especially Microsoft Office.
Availability to work full time and travel within and outside the country if necessary.
Ability to work as a team, results-oriented, and focused on problem-solving.
