Training Specialist

Requirements

  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Previous experience managing training and staff development programs.

  • Knowledge of performance assessment techniques and designing and developing improvement plans.

  • Ability to work as a team and with leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and report presentation.

  • Availability to travel and work outside regular hours on occasion.
