Responsibilities
Assist customers in planning and organizing their trips.
Propose flight, accommodation, transportation, activity, and any other required options.
Make bookings for customers efficiently and accurately.
Advise customers on destinations to visit, and recommendations for excursions, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and claims effectively and professionally.
Build long-term trusting and loyal relationships with customers.
Requirements
Previous experience as a travel consultant is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of tourist destinations and travel options.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
Availability to work rotating shifts.
