UX Research Specialist
We're looking for a UX Research Specialist to lead and conduct in-depth research to understand user needs and behaviors in order to improve the experience of the product we develop. We're in a constantly changing industry and need someone who stays current with the latest research trends and tools. We're looking for a motivated person who wants to work in a challenging, ever-evolving environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research using a variety of tools and techniques.
Analyze the data collected and present it clearly and concisely to the design and development team.
Define opportunities and solutions to improve the user experience.
Work with the design and development teams to implement solutions in the products.
Create prototypes and proof of concepts to validate hypotheses.
Conduct periodic evaluations to measure the quality of the user experience.
Requirements
University degree in Design, Psychology, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in UX research.
Advanced knowledge of user research tools.
Ability to present data and recommendations clearly and effectively.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with different departments.
Aptitude for working in a virtual, constantly changing environment.
