Welder

We are looking for a welder to join our team and work on exciting projects at our constantly growing company. The ideal candidate must be passionate about their work, able to work as a team, and willing to maintain workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to determine the welding process to use.

  • Manufacture various metal structures such as bridges, buildings, and other structural components, using submerged arc welding and shielded metal arc welding tools.

  • Perform visual inspections to detect defects in completed welds.

  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and report any problems found.

Requirements

  • Welding certification or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrable experience welding metal structures and other components.

  • Technical understanding of interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.

  • Ability to work as a team and comply with workplace safety standards.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts if necessary.
