Accounting Manager

The organization is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee all of the company's accounting and financial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping coordinate all financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting and compliance with government regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire accounting team to ensure accurate and effective accounting is applied.

  • Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly financial reports.

  • Oversee and review monthly and annual financial statements and other financial reporting requests required by the organization.

  • Participate in leadership meetings to advise on budget and financing issues.

  • Coordinate and manage audit processes, oversee and ensure accuracy and timeliness in the preparation of required reports, and be the point of contact for any audit-related matters.

Requirements

  • Have a university degree in accounting or a related discipline.

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in accounting, including team supervision.

  • Have solid technical knowledge of accounting and finance.

  • Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and Oracle.

  • A strong sense of attention to detail, analytical ability, and leadership skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive, motivated, and flexible attitude, adaptable to changes in a dynamic environment.
