We are looking for a Chef de Partie for our restaurant with experience in managing and supervising kitchen operations. We are looking for someone passionate about cooking who has leadership skills to carry out this role.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise the work of kitchen assistants in the section.
Ensure that quality and food safety standards are met in all preparations.
Ensure efficiency in the preparation of dishes and their distribution.
Place purchase orders for materials and supplies for the area.
Train staff in new processes and quality standards.
Requirements
Experience in managing kitchen operations (minimum 2 years).
Flexibility in handling high-demand situations and working under pressure.
Leadership skills and ability to work as a team.
Knowledge of quality and food safety standards.
Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
