Chief Operating Officer (COO)

This is an opportunity to lead a constantly growing company as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The position plays a key role in strategic decision-making, day-to-day operations management, and implementing a long-term growth plan.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans and operational strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.

  • Oversee and optimize the organizational structure, ensuring the proper allocation of human and technological resources.

  • Work closely with other company leaders to ensure day-to-day operations are aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Manage contracts and strategic relationships with suppliers, clients, and other business partners.

  • Establish and monitor key operational and financial performance metrics for the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 10 or more years of experience in managerial roles, preferably at a fast-growing company.

  • Proven experience managing and leading large and/or complex teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level within an organization.

  • Strategic thinking and solid analytical skills.

  • Experience managing and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives and process reengineering projects.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
