Construction Superintendent

Our company is looking for a Construction Superintendent. This position is important, as the Superintendent will be in charge of overseeing the entire construction process and ensuring that all quality, safety, and established deadline requirements and standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the construction of assigned projects.

  • Ensure that delivery deadlines are met and that projects are completed within the established budget.

  • Monitor compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the construction process.

  • Work closely with the team of engineers and architects to ensure design specifications are met and that necessary modifications are made.

  • Solve problems that may arise during construction and make quick and effective decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction area, preferably in large projects and industrial or commercial areas.

  • Advanced knowledge of safety and construction standards and regulations.

  • Ability to lead teams and have good interpersonal relationships.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to work under pressure and flexible hours if necessary.

  • Technical degree or civil engineering.
