Creative Director or Art Director

We're looking for a Creative Director or Art Director to lead the team at our company! This role is about creating, designing, and producing creative, visual projects that promote our products and services in an innovative and appealing way.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the creative team in the conceptualization, development, and execution of visual and creative projects.

  • Create and design advertising campaigns and marketing materials, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

  • Work together with the marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure creative projects are relevant, effective, and aligned with the company's goals.

  • Bring and maintain a high level of quality and innovation in creative projects, resulting in unique and exciting visual and communication products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or Marketing, or equivalent work experience in the field.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in leadership roles in creative areas, whether as a Creative Director or Art Director.

  • Proficiency in design and production tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar design and production tools.

  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, as well as communication and project management abilities.

  • Knowledge and skills to maintain a high level of quality and creativity in projects. A passion for innovation and experimentation in creating new creative projects is essential.
