Customer Intelligence Manager
We are looking for a Customer Intelligence Manager to lead our team and manage as much customer information as possible. You will be responsible for implementing strategies that improve our customer relationships, maximize our sales, and optimize the user experience.
Responsibilities
Design and implement a customer intelligence plan.
Supervise and coordinate the work team.
Identify customer behavior trends and patterns.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing promotions and campaigns.
Plan and prepare progress reports with accurate details of the results obtained.
Identify new market opportunities for the company.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions.
Experience managing and building databases.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Results-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
Knowledge of analysis and statistics.
High level of English.
