Database Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Database Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and passionate team. As manager of this department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating marketing strategies to optimize the company's existing databases and find new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the marketing strategy and implementation of advertising campaigns based on existing databases.

  • Implement data analysis techniques to optimize user segmentation and generate new targets.

  • Lead the process of collecting pertinent and relevant data to improve the company's marketing initiatives.

  • Create a communication plan to maximize the impact of the marketing strategy.

  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure proper functioning of databases and information management.

Requirements

  • Have a university degree in Marketing, Communication, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a managerial or similar position in marketing.

  • Have skills in database management and data analysis software.

  • Show skills in decision-making and team leadership.

  • Show a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and updates in the marketing field.

  • Demonstrate skills in decision-making and team leadership.

  • Have excellent command of Spanish and an advanced level of English.
