Deputy Director

We're looking for a highly motivated, committed Deputy Director to join our growing company. This position plays a key role in leading and managing the area's day-to-day operations, ensuring success and the achievement of strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Work together with the area manager to establish and execute the business unit's plans and strategies.

  • Supervise and manage the performance of the area's employees, ensuring objectives are met and work efficiency is guaranteed.

  • Take part in the annual planning and review of the area's budgets and expenses, and ensure compliance.

  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize the area's processes and resources to achieve optimal performance.

  • Ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and frameworks established by the company.

Requirements

  • University degree in Administration or a related field.

  • Previous work experience in leadership positions and team supervision in similar areas.

  • Interpersonal skills to lead and motivate work teams toward common goals.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and skill in using technology tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines.

  • Availability to work office hours; English skills will be a plus.
