Director of Programs
We are looking for a Director of Programs to lead and manage the organization's projects. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring programs, ensuring the delivery of successful results.
Responsibilities
Create and lead a dedicated team and ensure the organization's objectives are met.
Responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of work programs.
Make decisions that impact the organization's strategy in collaboration with other areas.
Implement and update the area's policies and processes, ensuring they are effective and efficient.
Coordinate and monitor projects and report their status to management and other team members.
Identify and manage risks associated with projects.
Foster innovation and critical thinking within the team through training and skill development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Previous experience as a Director of Programs or in similar positions preferred.
Advanced knowledge of project management and use of computer tools.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as a team and excellent interpersonal skills.
