District Manager

We're looking for a District Manager to lead and take responsibility for sales and results across the district. Responsibilities

  • Direct, coordinate, and oversee all sales activities, ensuring process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Plan, coordinate, and develop business strategies and sales plans to achieve the organization's objectives.

  • Manage compliance with the region's management indicators.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the sales team's performance and develop action plans to improve results.

  • Track and control the region's costs and expenses, ensuring the contribution margin is maximized.

  • Evaluate customer service quality and design action plans to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a District Manager or similar role at consumer goods companies.

  • Completed university studies in fields such as Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related areas.

  • Knowledge of sales management, financial management, and team leadership.

  • Ability to work under pressure and a results orientation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Availability to travel within the territory.

  • Living in a major city is a plus.
