Executive Chef
At our restaurant, we are looking for an Executive Chef to be a leader in the kitchen and direct the team of chefs and cooks in creating unique and delicious dishes that impress our customers. This is a full-time position and working days are Monday through Sunday.
Responsibilities
Create and design innovative culinary menus that match the tastes acquired by our customers.
Lead a team of chefs and cooks and ensure that all areas of the kitchen are covered.
Ensure that food quality is high at all times and that all hygiene and safety standards are met.
Be responsible for ordering ingredient supplies and managing the assigned budget.
Stay up to date with the latest culinary trends and constantly search for new ingredients and techniques to improve and diversify flavors.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar position for at least 5 years.
Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy or equivalent.
Teamwork ability and excellent leadership.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
Passion for food and creativity when creating new dishes.
Knowledge of all international and local cuisine dishes.
