Executive Director (CEO)
We're looking for an Executive Director (CEO) to lead our company. We're seeking someone with leadership skills and experience managing large work teams, who has a strong passion for organizational success and is committed to the area's constant growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
Define short- and long-term strategy and objectives, ensuring a clear, consistent approach to resource use.
Effectively manage budget and resources.
Lead the management team and ensure all team members are aligned with the defined strategy and objectives.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and suppliers.
Constantly evaluate and analyze the market and competition, identifying opportunities and risks that impact the area's performance.
Ensure quality and safety standards are met across all the area's operations and products.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of previous experience leading business areas, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Solid knowledge of budget management and financial analysis.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
Strong results and goal orientation.
Availability to travel frequently.
