Finance Manager
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our company. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating the financial activities of our sector, ensuring that established objectives are met.
Responsibilities
Perform financial and strategic analysis to make investment, budget, and financing decisions.
Control the area's costs and expenses, preparing management reports and results analysis to present to leadership.
Evaluate the financial viability of projects and new business, proposing improvement alternatives.
Coordinate the work of a team of financial professionals, ensuring processes are carried out correctly and on time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience of at least 5 years in a similar position, with knowledge of financial analysis and team leadership.
Proficiency in English.
Skill in using computer tools and financial management systems.
Proactivity, critical thinking, and ability to analyze and synthesize.
