Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This person will be responsible for leading various initiatives within the company's Human Resources department, with the goal of ensuring employee well-being and compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures. This position requires a highly motivated person, with leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily activities of the Human Resources department, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating performance evaluation.

  • Collaborate with managers and department leaders to identify and address human resources-related issues.

  • Ensure that the necessary employee records are maintained and that all legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources management are met.

  • Manage and maintain the company's Human Resources policies and apply them consistently throughout the company.

  • Develop and facilitate training and development for employees, as needed.

  • Perform other Human Resources-related tasks, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.

  • Experience leading teams and drafting policies and processes.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and deliver quality results with attention to detail.
