Human Resources Director

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll administration and compliance with labor and tax obligations.

  • Coordinate with the recruitment and selection team to identify new hiring needs and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the position's requirements.

  • Guide and direct the team in implementing solutions to personnel management problems.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.

  • Previous experience in leadership positions in the Human Resources area.

  • Knowledge and experience implementing innovative Human Resources practices.

  • High analytical ability and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
