Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who is passionate about leading and developing work teams, and who can help in the development and growth of the Human Resources department. This position requires excellent project management skills, being highly organized, and having the ability to adapt to a dynamic and demanding work environment.
Responsibilities
Direct and oversee all processes related to the Human Resources area.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that guide the company's behavior and culture.
Implement employee training and development programs.
Work with senior levels of the organization to identify and develop effective talent management strategies.
Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience of at least 5 years in the Human Resources area, including 2 years in leadership positions.
Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills to lead work teams.
Knowledge of human resources management best practices, including training, compensation, and performance evaluation.
Experience managing organizational transformation processes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
