Launch Engineer
We are looking for a person passionate about engineering with previous experience in the launch field. The selected person will be part of the launch team and will be in charge of coordinating and executing the processes needed to launch our projects.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute the work needed to launch our projects.
Track processes and ensure compliance with established deadlines.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure everything is ready for launch.
Identify and solve potential problems that may arise during the launch.
Lead the technical team and ensure a suitable work environment.
Requirements
Engineering professional graduated from a recognized university.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the launch field.
Knowledge of the different stages of launch projects.
Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with other departments.
Teamwork and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Availability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
