Marketing Operations Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager. This is a key position at our company and we are pleased to open the opportunity for a highly trained professional to join our team. The selected candidate will report directly to the Marketing Director, being responsible for overseeing the daily sales, advertising, and brand management operations in the assigned area.
Responsibilities
Oversee and control the performance of sales and advertising personnel in the assigned area.
Establish and develop marketing strategies in coordination with the Marketing Director and other area managers.
Establish effective business relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives.
Monitor sales and advertising indicators, proposing improvements and adjustments to business processes to achieve established objectives.
Requirements
University degree in Administration or Marketing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing marketing operations, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical ability.
Availability to work flexible hours and travel according to business needs.
