Office Manager

We're looking for an Office Manager to lead and manage operations. The person in this role must be proactive, creative, and willing to work as part of a team to achieve the company's objectives. If you're looking for a challenge and want to be part of a committed company, we're looking for you!

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the office's administrative and operational tasks.

  • Plan and propose strategies to improve the area's efficiency.

  • Manage the assigned area's budget and human resources.

  • Identify and foster continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

  • Manage internal and external customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and resolve conflicts and problems in the assigned area.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.

  • Ability to lead teams and manage resources.

  • Strong customer and results orientation.

  • Excellent proficiency with computer tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in constantly changing situations.

  • Knowledge of administrative and financial processes.

  • Ability to plan and execute projects.

  • Bachelor's degree or university studies in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in English (desirable).
