Program Coordinator
We are looking for a Program Coordinator with strategic vision and leadership skills to work in our organization. This position is essential to the implementation of various projects, team coordination, and results analysis. Responsibilities
Coordinate the implementation of projects.
Design strategies and action plans for the execution of programs.
Plan and carry out activities to achieve the established objectives.
Interact with different key actors, stakeholders, and allies to enhance teamwork and maximize results.
Lead the work team, supervise and facilitate the execution of tasks.
Manage and control the budget allocated to projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related fields (Social Sciences, Communication, Administration, etc.).
Previous experience coordinating social projects for at least 2 years.
Leadership and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in computer tools (Office, Google Drive, among others).
Ability to plan and execute strategies in a timely manner.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Intermediate English (desirable).
