Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager for our company. We focus on developing new products and improving existing ones. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams in highly complex projects.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams in projects for developing products and improving existing ones.
Plan and control the budget and deadlines of assigned projects.
Identify and control the risks and opportunities of projects.
Report project progress and results to senior management.
Participate in defining the company's strategy in the product development area.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience of at least 5 years managing complex projects.
Advanced use of project planning and control tools.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Results-oriented and accustomed to working under pressure.
Advanced level of English.
