Public Relations Manager (PR Manager)
We are a market-leading company and are looking for a Public Relations Manager passionate about communication and interpersonal relationships to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all public relations activities in the area, which includes managing the company's image, promoting the brand, and crisis management.
Responsibilities
Design and implement public relations strategies, in order to improve the image and promote the company's brand.
Oversee and lead the public relations team, ensuring the company's deadlines and objectives are met.
Establish and maintain effective and productive relationships with the media, clients, stakeholders, and other interest groups.
Identify and address customer needs and concerns, and develop creative and effective solutions to improve their satisfaction.
Responsible for crisis management, anticipating potential situations and developing appropriate plans to minimize the impact on the company's reputation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or any other related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the technology field.
Deep knowledge of public relations, branding, and crisis management best practices.
Exceptional ability to communicate, write, and speak in Spanish and English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team to achieve the company's objectives.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at the same time.
