Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager for our company. This position is crucial to ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality standards and fully meet our customers' needs. The Quality Manager will play a key role in our company's success, ensuring continuous process improvement and maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all products and services meet established quality standards.

  • Conduct internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement.

  • Establish performance indicators and track areas of opportunity.

  • Oversee compliance with regulations and laws applicable to the company's industry.

  • Coordinate the implementation of continuous improvement plans in the production and services area.

  • Be a leader for the work team responsible for the Quality area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership positions in Quality Management.

  • Advanced knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools.

  • Experience coordinating work teams.

  • Excellent communication skills and ease in decision-making.

  • Ability to face complex and high-pressure situations.
