Regional Field Marketing Manager
We are looking for a professional with experience in marketing and leadership to fill the position of Regional Field Marketing Manager. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage field marketing activities in the region, with the goal of promoting our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
Design and execute field marketing plans in the region, based on the company's strategy.
Direct and supervise the regional sales promoter team, ensuring optimal performance and achievement of sales objectives.
Implement innovative strategies to increase brand presence in the region and foster customer loyalty.
Analyze the market and competition in the region, in order to identify growth opportunities and improve the marketing strategy.
Prepare follow-up reports on executed field marketing plans, in order to identify results and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in management positions in the field marketing area.
Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work under pressure.
Availability to travel periodically to different locations in the region.
Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to different audiences.
Results orientation and customer focus.
Ability to develop creative and innovative strategies.
