Restaurant General Manager

We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to direct and lead one of our locations. This position is key to the success of our business and the selected candidate will have the opportunity to drive the restaurant's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction, service quality, and financial results.

  • Implement and enforce customer service standards, ensuring all staff are aligned with them.

  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase the restaurant's revenue and profitability.

  • Identify and develop opportunities for continuous improvement in all aspects of the business, from staff management to inventory management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management positions in the food industry.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team toward common goals.

  • Deep knowledge of the industry and current trends, and the ability to apply them at the restaurant.

  • High standards for service quality and customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
