Security Manager
At our company, we are looking for a Security Manager to lead our security team and ensure the safeguarding of our assets and resources in the region. We want someone motivated, focused, and results-oriented, with solid experience in corporate security and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures to protect our company's assets and resources.
Manage a highly trained and motivated security team to ensure loss prevention, employee safety, and risk mitigation.
Constantly evaluate potential security threats and establish contingency plans to minimize risk and reduce the impact of security incidents.
Manage the monitoring and response to security events, including conducting security investigations when necessary.
Lead the implementation of relevant and effective security technologies to improve risk prevention and mitigation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, security, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Knowledge of high-tech security systems (CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems)
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make relevant decisions in critical situations.

It is important that the candidate can provide concrete examples of how they have implemented these policies and procedures in the past.
What security measures would you implement in the event of an increase in the rate of violent crime at the company?
The candidate is expected to demonstrate outstanding knowledge of security strategies to address specific threats, such as theft, violence, workplace harassment, and other potential security risks. The candidate must be able to design, plan, and direct the implementation of security measures to address security emergencies.
How would you oversee the protection of DATA and confidential information at the company?
The candidate is expected to have experience managing confidential information and DATA protection, including implementing policies and procedures to ensure secure information storage, preventing data leaks, and unauthorized access. The candidate must demonstrate a clear understanding of these topics and be able to provide examples of major projects they have led.
What experience do you have managing electronic security systems?
The candidate is expected to have experience overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and updating of electronic security systems, such as CCTV systems, alarms, access control, among other options used at the company. The candidate must be able to demonstrate how they have implemented these systems, how they have overseen their maintenance and updating, and how they have worked with service providers to ensure a good cost-benefit relationship.
How would you handle security conflicts between company departments?
The candidate is expected to have leadership ability and an exceptional ability to communicate their ideas clearly and simply, as well as to work with multiple departments within the organization. A good candidate should be able to demonstrate how they have worked in collaboration with other departments to develop and implement security policies and procedures, and how they have resolved security conflicts interfering with the responsibilities of other departments, seeking a peaceful solution to the problem.
What are the main security-related laws and regulations that apply at the company?
The candidate is expected to have a deep and detailed understanding of security-related regulations and laws (such as workplace safety, data protection, intellectual property regulations, etc.), and to be able to provide specific examples of how these laws and regulations have been applied in their previous work. In addition, the candidate should be up to date on changes and updates to these laws and be able to implement new regulations at the company.
