Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor! This position is key to ensuring the effective operation of our business. If you are passionate about leading teams, solving problems, and achieving goals, this job is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the team during the assigned shift.

  • Ensure compliance with the procedures and policies established for the area.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to solve challenges that may arise.

  • Ensure a safe and productive work environment.

  • Identify and solve technical problems that may affect production.

  • Report to the Operations Manager on the performance of the area and the team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in team leadership and production areas.

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions effectively.

  • Intermediate level of English.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts.
