Sous Chef

At our renowned restaurant chain, we are looking for a Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation.

  • Coordinate and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring dish quality and preparation times.

  • Participate in creating new dishes and innovating the menu.

Requirements

  • Previous work experience as a Sous Chef or Line Chef.

  • Excellent knowledge of different culinary techniques and kitchen management skills.

  • Ability to work as a team and lead a group of people.

  • Ability to manage resources and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Be able to work under pressure and maintain high quality standards.
