Staffing Coordinator
We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator for our company, who will be responsible for leading and managing assigned staff, to ensure efficiency and productivity in the work area. Responsibilities
Direct and oversee the work team to ensure efficient and effective operation.
Manage schedules and task assignments for the team in charge, ensuring proper distribution of available resources.
Manage and coordinate personnel recruitment and selection processes, performance evaluation, and the development of training and coaching plans for staff.
Implement and oversee the area's policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff, as well as compliance with internal and external regulations and standards.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in personnel management and leading work teams efficiently and effectively.
Knowledge of personnel recruitment and selection policies and processes, performance evaluation, and training and coaching plans for staff.
Ability to resolve conflicts and manage difficult or sensitive situations within the team.
Demonstrated skill in interpersonal skills, effective communication, and decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
