Vice President (VP) of Human Resources
This is a leadership position at our company, and we require a Vice President (VP) of Human Resources with proven experience and skills managing Human Resources programs and processes at large, complex organizations. Responsibilities
Implement human resources strategies that support the organization's needs, ensuring effective and efficient management of personnel-related programs and processes.
Oversee the development of performance management, compensation, benefits, workplace health and safety, and staff training and development activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the human resources department by reviewing the key performance indicators defined by the company.
Advise and collaborate with organizational leaders in developing and executing Human Resources strategies, aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience leading Human Resources programs and processes at large, complex organizations.
Experience developing and implementing employment and staff development strategies and policies.
Knowledge and experience in disciplinary administration and conflict management in the workplace.
Ability to work as a team in a dynamic and demanding environment, handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
